EVENTS RIGHT TERMS OF SERVICE HIRE AGREEMENT
Please carefully review our legal terms of service before proceeding to book your event with Events Right.
Tailoring of Items and Packages:
All of our items and packages can be customized to align with your specific requests and preferences.
Communication and Event Planning:
We may contact you multiple times before the event to ensure your satisfaction with the planned arrangements.
Non-Refundable Deposit:
To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
The full payment must be settled 7 days prior to the scheduled event.
If the booking amount is more than £1000 we will require 50% deposit to secure the booking.
Damage Waiver Fee:
A slight damage waiver fee of 2.5% per item is included in the hire cost.
This fee covers minor damages such as small scratches and stains during the use of goods.
It does not exempt the client from the replacement cost in case of breakage while under hire.
Personalizations and Set-Up:
All personalizations are part of the hire unless agreed otherwise before the event day.
Each package requires a minimum of one hour for setup, to be discussed during the consultation.
Hire Duration:
Prices are based on a 4-hour hire duration after setup, with a total of 6 hours for assembly and disassembly. These activities are exclusively performed by our professionals. If additional time or relocation of setup is required, charges may apply, to be discussed during the consultation.
Delivery and Set-Up: All items are delivered and picked up by our team, and the prices include setup costs.
Location and Additional Charges: All items and packages are presumed to be within a 25-mile radius from our Northampton base. A charge of 50p per mile will be applicable beyond this radius.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – EVENTS RIGHT
Acceptance of Terms:
By placing an order for any product (“Item”) through the Events Right website or other communication channels, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions of sale (“Terms”). If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from placing an order.
Ordering Process:
All orders are subject to availability.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment containing your order details. This email is not an acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation that we have received your request. We will subsequently send you an invoice for your order.
Pricing:
All prices are listed in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment:
Payment must be made in full for the order to be processed.
Events Right accepts payments through the bank transfer or via go cardless – details in which are on the invoice.
Delivery:
Delivery options and costs will be specified during the ordering process.
Events Right reserves the right to use a third-party courier service for delivery.
Returns and Refunds:
Items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged upon receipt.
In case of a damaged Item, please contact Events Right within 48 hours of receiving the product, providing photographic evidence.
Ownership and Risk:
Ownership of the Item passes to you upon full payment.
The risk of loss or damage to the Item passes to you upon delivery.
Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights related to the Items, including but not limited to designs, trademarks, and copyrights, remain the exclusive property of Events Right.
Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Amendments:
Events Right reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The amended Terms will be effective upon posting on the Events Right website.
